A Redemption Christmas: An Evening of Music, Hope & Community
This Christmas season, we’re inviting our community to come together for a night that celebrates hope, faith, and the difference we can make when we show up for one another.
On Friday, December 4th, Redemption City will present A Redemption Christmas, featuring Christian recording artist John Waller and WallerCo, at The Mission Community Church (formerly Laurel Wesleyan Church), 30186 Seaford Rd., Laurel, DE 19956.
Doors open at 6:00 PM, and the concert begins at 7:00 PM.
For many of us, Christmas is a season filled with traditions, family gatherings, warm homes, and familiar comforts. But for our neighbors experiencing homelessness, this time of year can look very different.
That’s why this evening is about more than music.
Every ticket purchased, every sponsorship, and every person who joins us helps support Redemption City’s work serving adults experiencing homelessness throughout Sussex County. Through our transitional shelters, North Star Navigation Center, street outreach, seasonal overnight shelter, case management, and connections to critical community resources, we work every day to meet people where they are and help them move toward greater stability and hope.
A Redemption Christmas is an opportunity to enjoy an incredible evening of Christian music while standing behind that mission.
Tickets Are Available Now
Early Bird tickets are just $15 through October 15, followed by Advance Tickets for $20 from October 16 through December 3. Tickets will also be available at the door for $25.
For those looking for an extra-special evening, a limited number of VIP Experience tickets are available for $50. The VIP Experience includes early admission, preferred seating, a meet-and-greet and individual photo with John Waller, a VIP badge, and complimentary pre-concert refreshments. Only 50 VIP tickets are available.

We are also welcoming businesses, churches, organizations, and individuals who would like to support A Redemption Christmas through event sponsorships or in-kind donations.
Sponsorship opportunities range from $250 Community Sponsorships to our exclusive $5,000 Presenting Sponsorship, with opportunities for recognition before, during, and after the event.
We’re also grateful for in-kind partners willing to contribute goods or services such as printing, food, floral arrangements, gifts, and other items that help make the evening possible.
